Once a stray, Elfie has blossomed into a sweet, gentle, and delightfully silly companion who's adored by everyone he meets. He's truly a favorite among our staff and volunteers! Weighing about 40 pounds, Elfie walks beautifully on a leash and loves going for strolls and soaking up attention. He's great with kids and other dogs, enjoys treats, and loves gentle pets and playtime. Elfie dreams of a calm, loving home where he can finally settle in and know he's truly safe. After all he's been through, he deserves nothing more than to find his forever family. The information obtained on our online adoption application provides us with everything we need to make sure any dog is the right fit for your home and family situation. We will reply in 1-3 business days on all APPLICATIONS. We do not respond to petfinder inquiries. --- Before you decide to adopt a pet, please consider the effort and funds necessary to properly care for and maintain a pet for the long haul. Responsible pet ownership requires a commitment to provide care and companionship for the life of the animal. The decision to adopt a pet is an important one. In order to ensure that you and your pet will be happy for years to come, we need to take time to discuss your animal and your individual needs and personality traits.
