Elf is living up to his name! He’s a joyful little blast of cuteness! <br/><br/>He loves to run, jump, climb and explore and your attention! Then when he has had his fill, he can easily lay down and relax close to his person for a snooze. He makes the cutest little grunt noises when he’s happy, and snores a tiny piglet snore when asleep!<br/><br/>He seems to be living his best life every day from his happy tip tap toes dance he does when it’s meal time, to throwing his toys in the air to catch them for himself, to sleeping on his back with all four legs up, he’s an adorable teddy bear of a dog who will make you laugh and give you lots of love! <br/><br/>He came in as a stray of the city and was injured by what is assumed was a dog attack. He can bark, whine and pull when bigger dogs are barking at him. <br/><br/>He's approximately 2 years old and he has puppy behaviors that he is quickly learning aren’t polite, like stealing foster mom's shoes for a little nibble! However, he has shown he is incredibly trainable and will do just about anything for a treat! 100% housebroken in his foster home, can be crated when doing errands, and is becoming a great leash walker. <br/><br/>He is a silly goofball that likes to be held like a baby and takes his toys outside to potty with him. If you’re looking for a fetch partner, trail walker, and snuggle buddy companion, Elf is ready for his forever home!<br/><br/>Elf will require a home with a small, young, friendly resident dog already in place. Children in the home must be at least 10 years old. These requirements are not flexible, as they are essential to ensuring that Elf transitions safely, adjusts successfully, and thrives in his new environment.<br/><br/>Elf is located in Central TX<br/><br/>Donations are greatly appreciated for his care.
