Eleanore (Ellie)'s Story
Eleanore (Ellie) is 15 weeks old (May 20) and weighs 18 pounds so likely a medium size dog.<br/>She is great with other dogs, kids and all people.<br/>She has not met cats, but is young enough <br/>She is crate trained and 99% housetrained.<br/><br/>Ellie is a very happy go lucky puppy who just wants to be near her people. <br/>She spends her days playing with her two host dogs who are considerably bigger than her but she carriers her own! <br/>She loves to play fetch. <br/>She’s mastered sit and lay down and knows when it’s time to go in her kennel (although she protests initially she settles quickly). <br/>She is non-destructive and sleeps in bed with her foster parents at night but is in her kennel while they are at work for the day. <br/>She is still young so hasn’t done much leash training but is practicing in the backyard. <br/>She is food motivated so easy to train but prefers to graze when it comes to meals. <br/>She gets SO excited when her people come home and is working on controlling her excited nipping which is easily redirected. <br/>She does show a bit of guarding when it comes to high value toys but more side eye than growl. <br/>Ellie would love a family with a dog or kids so she could continue to play and please!
