Eleanor 's Story
Eleanor is an 8-month-old, 20-pound herding mix (Cowboy Corgi x Border Collie/Australian Shepherd) with an athletic build, joyful personality, and a natural drive that makes her an exciting prospect for dog sports.

This girl is a standout when it comes to potential. Eleanor has a clear passion for toys, impressive speed, and natural jumping ability. She is quick, agile, and incredibly fun to work with. With her size (under 16 inches), drive, and enthusiasm, she would thrive in agility or other dog sports and could truly excel with the right outlet.

Originally from a rural farm, Eleanor is the only female in a litter of four brothers, Wally, Dill Pickle, Rocky, and Rigby. It shows in her confidence. She is the most outgoing of the group and will happily come right up to say hello. She is excitable in a happy, engaging way and loves being part of the action.

Eleanor absolutely loves to run, play, and wrestle with other dogs. She can hold her own and matches energy well, making her a great playmate for other active dogs. She is also affectionate and enjoys pets, forming strong bonds with her people.

She is quite the athlete and has been known to clear a 3-foot fence, so a secure yard or supervised outdoor time will be important to keep her safe.

Eleanor would do best in an active home that can give her both the physical and mental outlets she craves. She is a fun, driven, and loving young dog who will shine in the right environment.

Medical Information:
• Spayed
• Up to date on vaccinations
• Heartworm tested (negative)
• Fecal tested (negative)
• On heartworm and flea preventative

Adoption Fee: $575
This fee includes all veterinary care, grooming, and supplies, and helps support our ongoing rescue efforts for other dogs in need.
