The best estimate I’ve been given is that I am between one and two years old as of the end of 2025. <br/><br/>WHAT BREED ARE YOU? <br/>I'm a French Bulldog.<br/><br/>HOW MUCH DO YOU WEIGH? <br/>I'm a petite, perfectly-proportioned, 14 pounds. <br/><br/>WHAT DO YOU LOOK LIKE? <br/>I am a stocky little tri-colored potato with huge ears, an adorable underbite, and a darling tongue that is sticking out of my mouth a teensy bit most of the time. <br/><br/>WHAT DO YOU LIKE TO EAT? <br/>I love my kibble and have just discovered the most AMAZING delicacy… mini marshmallows! Yummy!<br/><br/>WHAT KIND OF PERSONALITY DO YOU HAVE? <br/>I am the sweetest little nugget. My preferred position is snuggled up with a human, seconded by playing with a doggy friend. I want to please and am enjoying learning new things. <br/><br/>DESCRIBE YOUR PERFECT DAY: <br/>I wake up and do a biiiiiig stretch before I head outside for potty time. I spend a good portion of the day napping with a human while they work from home or playing with my dog friends. After dinner, I love to play ball or just run around with the other dogs in the yard. Then it’s sleepy time after a very fun day! <br/><br/>WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE TOY? <br/>I’m just getting used to playing with toys. My favorites so far are chew toys, like Benebones. <br/><br/>DO YOU KNOW ANY TRICKS? <br/>I am a work in progress now that I’m safe in my foster home. No one in my past spent the time to teach me anything, but, hey, if you’re willing to hand over a few of those tasty marshmallows, I’d be up for some training time! Let’s have some fun!<br/><br/>WHAT SCARES YOU? <br/>I’m a pretty brave little girl. I haven’t found anything scary since I’ve been safe in foster care. <br/><br/>HAVE YOU BEEN AROUND CHILDREN?<br/>I should be in a home with older kids because I really am so teeny tiny that little kids may not understand how to keep me safe. <br/><br/>DO YOU LIKE CATS? <br/>I do! I think they see me as one of their own because I’m just their size. <br/><br/>HOW DO YOU FEEL ABOUT OTHER DOGS? <br/>Yes! I get along great with the resident dogs at my foster home. <br/><br/>IF YOU COULD BE ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD, WHERE WOULD IT BE? <br/>Snuggled up with a human, snoring! Either in the sun or under a blanket, dealer’s choice there.<br/><br/>HOW IS YOUR HEALTH? <br/>Now that NorCal Bully Breed Rescue has taken such great care of me, I am in perfect health. <br/><br/>WHO DO YOU LIVE WITH IN YOUR FOSTER HOME AND WHO IS YOUR CLOSEST COMPANION? <br/>I live with my foster mom and her two sons, age 10 and 15. There are also two resident dogs, two cats, a tortoise and six chickens. I spend the most time with my foster mom since she works from home, but I really love to play with everyone else outside in the yard. <br/><br/>WHERE DO YOU HANG OUT WHEN YOU ARE HOME ALONE? <br/>I hang out in my crate. It’s a safe place and the resident dogs have crates right next to mine so I am not alone. <br/><br/>WHERE DO YOU SLEEP? <br/>At bedtime I sleep in my crate. During the day, I sleep on the couch, on the chair, in the sun, on the other dogs… I really excel at naps. <br/><br/>DO YOU LIKE WALKING ON A LEASH?<br/>It is still new to me, but I love to smell all the smells, hear all the sounds, and see all the things, so let’s go!!<br/><br/>DO YOU HAVE ANY “NOT SO GREAT” HABITS THAT WE SHOULD KNOW ABOUT?<br/>Not really. I do take a little time to warm up to new dogs and am not shy about telling them to give me space. That’s not really a bad habit, though, it’s just me setting healthy boundaries.<br/><br/>ARE YOU HOUSE TRAINED (DO YOU GO POTTY OUTSIDE)? <br/>Yes! I have been a very good girl, and I even potty outside when it is RAINING! Foster mom was proud of me for being so brave. <br/><br/>DO YOU LIKE WATER? <br/>I don’t hate the rain, don’t love the bath (who does, right?), and am a Frenchie who should not be partaking in water sports to keep me safe. Hmm…that’s about all I’ve got on the topic of water. <br/><br/>WHAT DO YOU LOVE ABOUT YOUR FOSTER FAMILY? <br/>I love that I am safe and have friends and toys! I love that I get so much attention. Feeling like part of the family has been wonderful. <br/><br/>IS THERE ANYTHING ELSE YOU WOULD LIKE TO TELL YOUR FUTURE ADOPTER? <br/>I’m SO ready to start the next phase of my life with my forever family!
