Eldon may be 80 pounds, but don't let his size fool you—this handsome boy is still very much a puppy at heart. With his long legs, big personality, and endless curiosity, he's equal parts lovable goofball and energetic companion.<br/><br/>Eldon is incredibly affectionate and thrives on human connection. He loves to be close to his people (very close!) and will happily follow you from room to room as your loyal shadow. He's a big cuddle bug who balances his playful antics with sweet, snuggly moments.<br/><br/>He does well with kids and cats, making him a great fit for a family environment. That said, Eldon is still learning his manners and would benefit from a home committed to continuing his training. Like many smart, shepherd-type dogs, he learns quickly—but also likes to test boundaries and negotiate when it suits him.<br/><br/>Eldon is already making great progress:<br/><br/><br/> Walks nicely on a leash (most of the time!)<br/> Knows basic commands like “sit”<br/> Is working on crate training and settling in well at night<br/><br/><br/>As a young, large-breed dog, Eldon will do best with an active family who can provide structure, consistency, and plenty of physical and mental stimulation. He's playful, sometimes a bit clumsy, and still figuring out his size—so ongoing guidance will help him grow into the amazing dog he's meant to be.<br/><br/>And we can't forget—Eldon is absolutely stunning.
