My foster mom keeps asking me why was I dumped? Then she will say, "I am so blessed I went to a neighbor's home who knows they are a rescue".<br/><br/>I am healthy and have a vet visit to have all my shots done. First is filling out an application, completely (references, interviews, vet verification). During this process, we require pictures of their home or someone going to their home for a home visit.
