We later learned she originally came from Banning, where she lived with her mate and puppies - until her former owner decided they "didn't want her anymore" abandoning her miles away to fend for herself.<br/><br/>But Edna refused to let that be the end of her story.<br/><br/>Since being rescued, Edna has blossomed into the most endearing little companion. Her shy shell cracked open to reveal a gentle, cuddly, snack-loving lap dog who wants nothing more than to be close to her person. She is truly the definition of a soft place to land - whether it's curling into your side for naps or following you around the house with her tiny tail wagging.<br/><br/>Edna gets along wonderfully with cats, big dogs, little dogs, and respectful children.
