Edie PC's Story

Meet Edie PC

I was running the streets of San Antonio with about 3% left in my battery and my iPhone screen cracked and mascara running down my cheeks and begging for just one person to open their car door.

All pawverbally speaking of course, I don’t actually have a phone or wear mascara, but I was distraught.

It really is dramatic though. Leaving a dog to fend for themselves in the streets is the amoebas on fleas on fleas. You know what I mean.

“Bring her to me!” That’s what Missuss Patricia said. So a lady picked me up and drove me to her house.

I weigh around 60 lbs. By the look of my teeth, I’m probably about 5 years old. People were calling me a run of the mill German Shepherd, but we think I’m something much more posh. A Belgian Tervuren? A Keeshond?

A majestic creature. Elegant, lux, doe eyed, and the ear fluffs, feathered back Farrah Fawcet style.

Ladies don’t curse, but I am so fricking perfect and I didn’t deserve to be dumped out and do not belong in this busy zoo house. I’m tolerating it well and being patient with all the dogs, but I’d just adore to be in a quiet home with a higher human to dog ratio.

Missuss Patricia says “It’s heartbreaking to know such a beautiful soul got left on streets to defend herself. I look at her and my heart melts.”

I could totally melt your heart too. In a good way!

Basics:
Edie PC- spayed female, 4-5 years, 60 pound range, Belgian Tervuren/Keeshond, blonde sable, good with dogs, unknown with cats, potty and crate trained, soulful, sweet, elegant, gentle and patient

Location: Goliad, Texas, but can be transported out of state

To see more of Edie's friends visit https://www.doghousearthouse.org

If interested in applying to adopt Edie please visit https://www.doghousearthouse.org/adoption-application

Foster homes are always needed!
