Eden's Story

Take a stroll through the garden with Eden, a beautiful 50-pound Shepherd mix whose gorgeous tan coat and striking black mask are sure to catch your eye. But it's her sweet
personality that will truly make you fall in love.
Eden enjoys romping around with her dog friends before slowing things down for peaceful walks where she can
explore the sights, sounds, and scents of the world around her. Curious by nature and blessed with a wonderful temperament, she's happy to stop along the way for plenty of pets, snuggles, and affection from her favorite humans.
When the day's adventures are over, Eden settles quietly into her crate, keeping her space neat and tidy like the well-mannered lady she is.
This lovely girl is searching for a forever family where she can put down roots, bloom with love, and spend her days growing alongside the people she adores. If you're looking for a loyal companion with a gentle spirit and a heart ready to blossom, Eden is waiting to meet you.
**Hiking feedback: Eden is a sweetheart, calm and easy going. She liked to be near the front of the pack, yet occasionally would look behind her to make sure the rest of the pack was together. She jumped over logs like a gazelle. She does pretty well on a leash, so with more walks she will have it down. She enjoyed receiving pets and was not shy at all. She quickly responded to her name with good eye contact. You could easily fall in love with Eden.
**Additional hike notes: " She loved being in the front of the pack. She stopped a handful of times to smell something but when called she would come back to the trail and keep walking. she was ok with the lake and walked in but wasn't too interested in it.
*Sleepover feedback: " Eden was a perfect weekend guest! She had no accidents, slept well in her crate, and started playing with our other two dogs almost instantly. She didn't bark much at all, and even played with the dogs silently! She walked well on a leash, including with our other dogs.

Saving Grace Animals for Adoption's Adoption Policy
All puppies and dogs at Saving Grace are crate trained, have been spayed/neutered, are up to date on their vaccinations, are on heartworm preventative and have been microchipped. Their adoption fee is $395.00. Each has been carefully screened for disposition and temperament in order to provide your home with a safe companion that will enjoy life as your new family member. Our Adoption Request Form can be completed online at our website at https://savinggracenc.org/adopt/. An Adoption Request Form is required before setting up an appointment to meet with a potential adoptee or a foster home. Sending an Adoption Form does not commit you to an adoption, it simply provides us with background information on potential homes. If you'd like to donate to help cover the cost of care for these wonderful dogs awaiting new homes, please visit the donate page on our website at https://savinggracenc.org/give/donate-now/. Saving Grace is a small, non-profit 501-C3 organization operated by volunteers only. Most of our animals come from rural animal control shelters where lack of space and resources limit their time and adoption possibilities. Thank you for choosing Saving Grace! We look forward to helping you find your new companion and family member.
