Eddie's Story
***04/15/26 - Meet mama Coco, and her twins Daphne and Eddie!
This tiny family was found living feral in a wooded area. Thankfully they were able to be caught and brought from South Texas to us in Austin. Even though they were standoffish at first, all of these sweet babies have warmed up and are just the sweet feral chis you have ever met 🥰
Mama Coco is just a baby herself, estimated to be 9 months to 1 yr and already had a litter 😭. But don't worry, this was her first and only litter, since she is going to be spayed. She is about 8.5 lbs of floppy-eared chi goddess goodness 👑❤️. She has been working on her house breaking and has been doing great. Coco is learning to be a house chi so quickly, she was made to be a coach warmer 🛋️.
Daphne is baby girl, and Eddie is lil man. Both babies are about 11 weeks and 3.5 lbs. Daphne has some demodex mange which is already clearing up. Both pups came with bloated bellies and tummy parasites. In the week they have been with us, their tummies are feeling so much better and they are trying to learn how to potty outside like their mama, but they are babies and sometimes would rather play and snuggle than be home schooled.
Interested in adopting one of these sweet babies, fill out an application at www.aychihuahuarescue.org/adopt

***04/08/26 - New intakes from RGV. Mama and 2 pups.
