Echo's Story

Meet your new best friend

This 1-year-old Doberman beauty is basically a puppy in a big, elegant body. She is sooooo sweet, incredibly affectionate, and lives for cuddles and pets. If you sit down, she will be right there, leaning in for love. Personal space? Never heard of it.

She's smart as a whip and so eager to please. You can see how much she wants to understand and do the right thing — she just needs someone willing to put in the time to guide her. She hasn't had much structure before, so she's still working on potty training (and we're getting there!). With consistency and patience, she's going to blossom.

Socially, she's a sensitive girl. Crowds overwhelm her and she can get scared, which sometimes comes out as big, loud barking — especially when she sees other dogs out on walks. It can look intimidating at first, but here's the twist: once she actually gets to say hello, she's sweet and submissive. Total softie. She just needs slow introductions and someone who can help her build confidence in the world.

Her ideal home would be:
• Patient and consistent
• Willing to continue training and socialization
• Ready for a loving, velcro-style companion
• Excited about watching a smart girl truly come into her own

Underneath that big bark is the most tender heart. She's ready for someone who sees past the nerves and recognizes the incredibly loving, loyal dog she is becoming.

If you're looking for a cuddly shadow with huge potential and an even bigger heart, she might just be your girl.
