Earl's Story
Meet Earl!

Earl is a brindle powerhouse with a heart full of play and a tail that never stops wagging! This energetic guy came into our care from local animal control alongside his friend Ethel, and while the two of them make an incredible team, Earl has more than enough personality to fill a room all on his own.

Earl is bold, playful, and always ready to be first in line for fun. He lives for a good game of tug, will happily chase a toy until you run out of throwing arm, and is seriously food-motivated, which makes training him an absolute joy. He already knows sit and down, proving he's got brains to match those brawn! Fair warning: Earl is strong, so an adopter ready to work on leash manners with positive reinforcement will help him channel that enthusiastic energy into being the best boy he can be!

He can be a little cautious in new environments, but once he knows he's safe, his fun-loving personality takes over completely. Earl would thrive with an active adopter and plenty of enrichment to keep that busy mind engaged. Earl came in to our care with his friend Ethel, and if you have room in your heart and home for two, they can absolutely go home together. However, if you're looking for one incredible dog to keep up with, Earl is ready to be your adventure buddy and best friend!

High energy - needs daily exercise and active engagement
Strong on leash - leash manners training in progress
Food motivated - picks up on training quickly
Came in with Ethel - can be adopted together

Dogs: Earl is seeking a home with no other pets.
Cats: Earl is seeking a home with no other pets.
Children: Earl may thrive in a home with teenagers and adults.

Ready to adopt your new best friend?
Submit an adoption application today!
