Meet DUTCH!<br/><br/>DUTCH is and super handsome Border Collie looking mix, about 2-3 years old and weighs about 45 lbs.<br/><br/>DUTCH found his way into rescue in a really impressive and heart-melting way. While leaving the shelter with some other dogs in need, he got loose from the shelter kennel and jumped into the car. He could have run away...but no, he wanted to be saved. Pretty amazing.<br/><br/>DUTCH loves other dogs and bonds deeply with people who demonstrate kindness. He is obviously incredibly smart, probably much smarter than we even realize quite yet.<br/><br/>DUTCH shows signs that he’s had some basic training, but also that he’s experienced neglect and mistreatment. He was found abandoned in a small crate, and it seems that he has been physically abused in the past.
