Durian's Story

Durian is an 8-pound young pup who came to us with a group of other dogs. He can be a little shy when he first meets new people, but he's coming out of his shell and showing us more of his happy, bouncy, playful personality every day.

*Durian is very comfortable around other dogs, and an adopter who already has a calm dog at home is required.* Having a canine companion will give Durian the confidence and companionship he's accustomed to and help him continue coming out of his shell.

His foster reports that he's doing so well and becoming more playful and confident, but he's still learning about the world. His new family will need to continue working with him on house training, leash skills, and socialization.

Durian also recently got a much-needed haircut and is looking pretty darn handsome! His new family should be prepared for the regular grooming he'll need to keep his coat healthy and comfortable. (NS)
