He protests his crate and needs someone that will be patient and work with him slowly to make the crate a good and safe place to be. So be prepared for lots of conversations with this young guy as well as him to be darting around and under your feet. <br/><br/>One more thing, as if his attitude wasn't enough. You'd never know it, but he has bilateral luxating patellas. Our vet thinks he will eventually need surgery and we will cover it, but all the more reason for the crate training as he will need some down time after that. He also is high maintenance in his grooming needs and needs groomed every 6-8 weeks <br/><br/>If you are still reading, please understand we are very serious about him needing a patient owner that is willing to work with him, because he is sure to test your nerves. He's not a lap dog, but does snuggle at night.
