Duncan's Story

Duncan and his brother (Gus) came to us after a good Sam rescued them from a not so good situation. We are told they are about 5 months old, and that one parent was a border collie while the other was a Catahoula leopard dog.

Duncan is a happy go lucky boy, who was very timid at first. A couple of days in his foster home he opened up like a book! He has a wonderful personality and is actually a very calm guy for how old he is. He loves to snuggle, loves to play, and is definitely a people dog. He gets along with the other dogs in his foster home, both big and small, and ignores the cat.

We are looking for a home that will continue with his training as his confidence grows with each new trick learned. Please understand the two breeds and be prepared for the mental/physical stimulation they need. Apartments will not be considered with this adoption.

Please email for an application.
