Duke - Missouri (F26-112)'s Story

Meet Duke - A Gentle Giant with a Curious Heart

Duke is a 3-year-old Great Dane who proves that sometimes the biggest dogs have the softest souls. This happy, inquisitive boy is always ready to explore the world around him-nose first and tail wagging.

He loves spending time with his people and walks beautifully on a leash, making him a wonderful companion for daily strolls and neighborhood adventures. Duke is currently working on putting on a little weight, and he's happily accepting the extra meals and TLC that come with that goal.

Despite his towering size, Duke is truly just a big baby in a giant dog's body. He craves connection, leans in for affection, and isn't shy about "talking" to let you know exactly what he thinks. His expressive personality and loving nature make him impossible not to adore.

If you're looking for a loyal shadow with long legs and an even bigger heart, Duke is ready to fill your home with love and gentle giant energy.

Available for adoption at our Dogsville location in Humansville, MO
Apply to adopt at www.nmdr.org (select Missouri)
