Meet Duke! Duke came to CCHS as an owner surrender towards the beginning of this March after some unexpected life changes occurred. This handsome Weimaraner is about 4 years old and weighs roughly 112lbs currently. Duke is a proper gentleman! He loves to be active and would benefit from a furever family that shares that love for the outdoors! Don't worry though, he always takes the time to make sure everyone stays accounted for! With any rescue, training and socialization is incredibly important to the success of the dog. All dogs and puppies have been vaccinated for Distemper and Bordetella, dewormed and microchipped. If old enough, they will be vaccinated for Rabies and blood tested for Heartworm, Lymes, Anaplasmosis and Ehrlichiosis. Dogs and puppies will be spayed or neutered before adoption. <br/><br/>CCHS is proud to be a No-Kill Humane Society. As a private, non-profit charity, our work depends on donations and volunteers to keep going. We are committed to helping the animals that enter our doors and finding each the best possible forever home. CCHS has been inspected and licensed by the Department of Animal Health - DATCP.
