Duke's Story
Hound
8 years old
Male
75 pounds

Kids · 7+
Dogs · Yes
Cats · No

Oh my darlin’, oh my darlin’, oh my darlin’ forever family, I thought you were lost and gone forever but now I know you’ll be there for me!

Just a little positive motivation for my soon to be happy future! I say a little ol hound like me sure could use a nice rug and porch to spend the days. I sure would love me a home with maybe some sturdy kids 7+ to play with. Maybe a canine compadre who will show me plenty of respect, on the account that I’m not up for much romping and roughhousing with other dogs so much anymore.

Now I may enjoy lounging on the porch in the sunshine but I ain’t just a couch potato, heck no! I like to go out hiking, be all in the woods, maybe chase some squirrels. Or some neighborhood cats. My favorite is people though! With those hands and the petting and belly rubbing they do, heck yes! My tail is wagging just thinking about it! Rumor around these parts is that I’m housebroken and I’m kennel trained too.

Come on down and say Hi, I’ll sing you a lil diddy about how we are gunna be real good friends!

My adoption fee is $200 and includes registration of my microchip, a sample of my food, new leash/collar and toy & treat packet. I am neutered and vaccinated.
