Duke's Story

Duke is a 58 pound handsome adult Blue Tick Hound that is a super friendly dog! He has all of the endearing hound traits.....kind, athletic, loud, and kind of silly. Please read about the breed. Duke can and will climb up over a 5 foot, maybe higher, fence. He is all about exploring and will go in search of fun! Great nose and will search for goodies that are left out. He would not be able to live in town because he is too vocal. He is cute and friendly and needs a large secure place to run. Strong on the leash, but, you are able to walk him. He would probably not do well with smaller pets due to his breeding. We believe he has only been a pet, not a hunting dog. All being said, he is a great dog for the right person and home. LO
