He loves attention, interaction, and approval from his people.

Dublin's biggest challenges are his tendency to bark when he sees people entering a building and howl at emergency vehicle sirens. He may also howl briefly after being crated if he cannot see his person.

Dublin enjoys meeting and interacting with other dogs but will need reminders to slow down and take introductions at an appropriate pace. He should not live with small animals such as cats, as he will give chase. He also does not like another dog eating his food, so appropriate feeding management would be important.

Dublin would thrive with someone willing to spend time training, exercising, and including him in daily activities. A fenced yard would be ideal for him.
