Drax's Story

Meet Drax!

Drax is a 7-8 year-old boy weighing around 70lbs. He's listed as an American Cattle Dog but we are thinking American Bully is more likely.

Drax is our longest Underdog and we just can't figure out why no one wants him. Even though he has no family, the amount of love he shows to everyone he meets is top tier, the slobbery kisses prove it.

He recently went on an outing to the park and Petco and he was a star. He walked beautifully on his leash, stepped to the side and let everyone walk past him on the trail with tail wags and a big grin. He was a gentleman in the store even when another dog barked at him. He loved the car.

Everyone that meets Drax falls in love with him. He's the goofiest boy you'll meet and wants as much love as possible. He loves people and will try to crawl into your lap. He prefers to spend his time with his people and is not a huge fan of a crate. Training could help him with this, and the rescue will provide a heavy-duty crate to help in this journey.

Drax has been around and did ok with other dogs, but he can be a dominant dog so we do think he would do best as the only dog in his new home.

He's really wanting a family of his own so he can show you the all the affection he has to give. He's so smiley and happy even though he hasn't found his forever place just yet.

If interested, info@theunderdogconnection.org
