Born and raised there, Draco spent his entire life outdoors, knowing only the company of the other dogs in the pen. When his owner became incarcerated, family members reached out for help, giving Draco the opportunity for the fresh start he had always deserved.<br/><br/>Now safe in foster care through the Morristown-Hamblen Humane Society, Draco is thriving.<br/><br/>Despite everything he's been through, Draco is one of the happiest dogs you'll ever meet. He's affectionate, people-loving, and always eager to make new friends. Every day he discovers something new about life as a beloved pet, and it's been incredible to watch his confidence grow.<br/><br/>Draco has never known what it's like to have a family of his own, a cozy bed to sleep in, or a home where he's truly cherished.
