Draco's Story

Draco is a 6-year-old male bully breed with a big heart and an even bigger love for people. He may have a permanently displaced jaw, but he's completely pain-free and his vet isn't concerned-just one of the many things that make him unique.<br/><br/>Draco would do best as the only pet in the home, as he's not comfortable around other animals. He's also looking for a home without young children under 5. What he is amazing at, though, is being a loyal, affectionate companion to his person.<br/><br/>He's crate trained, potty trained, and keeps things nice and quiet in his crate. Draco isn't asking for much-just a best friend to call his own and a cozy couch where he can soak up all the love and give it right back.

All of our adoptions require an application, meet and greet, and completed adoption contract. All dogs adopted through A Freedom Journey, if surrendered, MUST be returned to the rescue. Adopters agree to continue with monthly preventatives for dogs as well as annual exams and vaccinations upon adoption.
