Dr. Wiggles's Story

Good news: the doctor is in and ready to see you now! What's more, Dr. Wiggles won't be running any tests and you won't need a second opinion. Previous patients (his fosters) have known him for a while now and report that he is great with their six year old daughter and is making progress meeting their cats. He's affectionate, enjoys playing fetch and carrying around his favorite toy, a purple rubber stethoscope-er, crunchy stick. This precious boy (well-qualified canine physician) is both house- and crate-trained and knows all the common medical terms like "sit," "look," and "here!" If you'd like a heart transplant without needing surgery, come meet Dr. Wiggles. Side-effects may include frequent snuggles and kisses, the need to provide a lap for tummy rubs and an occasional overdose of sweetness!

The Williamson County Regional Animal Shelter is open every day from noon until 6pm (excluding limited holidays/events). You can meet our animals with the convenience of an appointment or as a walk-in. Appointments can be made by emailing adoption@wilco.org.

Interested in fostering a dog in need? Join our foster team here: https://www.wilcotx.gov/390/Fostering, then click "Foster Questionnaire."

We always welcome your dogs to come and visit our dogs, too! We will see you at 1855 SE Inner Loop, Georgetown, TX 78626.
