Meet Dottie!<br/>Dottie is an approximately 2-3 year old mixed breed (or, we like to say, a one-of-a-kind mutt!) We are not exactly sure what breeds make up this sweet girl, but whatever she is, she's 100% lovable!<br/>Dot made her way to the shelter as a stray after embracing her inner wild child. This adventurous girl became quite the neighborhood celebrity while exploring on her own before animal control brought her to safety. Sadly, no one ever came forward to claim her.<br/>Despite her adventurous past, Dot is incredibly sweet, playful, and loves spending time with people. Her favorite thing to do is play fetch, retrieve toys, and play tug-of-war! When she is excited she "dots" around the yard hopping with excitement and she wiggles her back end like its getting away from her. While we aren't sure of what training she's received before arriving here, she does keep her kennel impressively clean!<br/>Since we don't know anything about her previous life, we are not sure if she's lived with other animals or kids before, and we have not yet tested her with any at the shelter. She has been super friendly with all of the people she's met, but we always recommend a meet and greet with any pets or kids in the home prior to adoption to make sure it's the perfect match.<br/>Dot has received her first round of vaccinations and is ready to find a forever home where she can safely satisfy her curiosity with her family by her side! She may be a mystery mix, but one thing is certain: this sweet girl is ready to fill your home with love, laughter, and plenty of tail wags.
