She was rescued by The Sato Project from a horrific hoarding case in Manatí, Puerto Rico, where she lived in a cramped home with over 30 dogs. Despite her difficult past, Dottie has a sweet, gentle, and resilient spirit.<br/><br/>Now healthy and ready for her forever home, Dottie is estimated to be 2–3 years old and weighs 12 lbs. She will be flying to Morristown, NJ on December 28th to meet the loving family who will give her the care, patience, and stability she deserves.<br/><br/>Because of her early experiences, Dottie will thrive in a loving, understanding home where she can feel safe and secure.
