Meet Dottie!<br/><br/>Dottie’s journey has been full of challenges, but she’s ready for a bright new beginning. She was rescued by The Sato Project from a horrific hoarding case in Manatí, Puerto Rico, where she lived in a cramped home with over 30 dogs. Despite her difficult past, Dottie has a sweet, gentle, and resilient spirit.<br/><br/>Now healthy and ready for her forever home, Dottie is estimated to be 2–3 years old and weighs 12 lbs. She is currently in a fantastic foster home in NY and doing really well! There is another dog in her foster home that she is very comfortable with, so we can confidently say she is dog friendly. <br/><br/>Because of her early experiences, Dottie will thrive in a loving, understanding home where she can feel safe and secure. She is naturally shy and a bit nervous with new people, but highly food motivated and willing to get to know you when there is no pressure.
