Dottie is a 2-year-old, 54 pound Lab mix. She is very playful and loves bouncing around with the other dogs. She gets along with everyone. Dottie's foster believes she would be a devoted companion as she likes to stick close by and listen intently when spoken to. Dottie is extremely affectionate. She would probably not be a good choice for a home with a cat. If you can give this friendly dog her forever home, please apply today. Dottie's adoption fee is $425. Dottie would do better in a home with children over 10 who respect a dog's boundaries.

We are a network of foster homes in the South and the New England area. THERE IS NO SPECIFIC SHELTER LOCATION. If you wish to meet our dogs, you must first be approved by going through our application and screening process. Forever Home Rescue suggests obedience training for all puppies and dogs. All dogs are up to date on their shots, dewormed and spayed or neutered. Vet fees, transport fee and New England quarantine fees ARE INCLUDED in each dog's adoption fee. Also, any dogs older than pups--even if they are not marked housetrained in their posting---usually housetrain within a day or two, because most are used to living outside in the south and will prefer to do their business outdoors. Our dogs and pups are best suited for families with children 5 yrs old and up.
