Dot's Story

Meet Dot, a 1.5 year old, 46 lb Beagle/Boxer mix. (Breed mix is just a best guess). This brave young dog was found living in the woods with her nine puppies! Can you imagine how scared she must have been? Having all those puppies on her own, and then caring for and protecting them! Dot is now in a loving foster home, and most of her puppies have been adopted. She is very cautious and shy at first, and it's easy to understand why. She's blossomed at her foster home and is learning how to be a beloved family pet. She is now free to play like the young dog she is, without the responsibililty of all her pups. Dot needs a fairly quiet home with people who are willing to be patient and let her settle in at her own pace.<br/>Please submit your application, and an adoption counselor will contact you.

Humane Tomorrow works with applicants to ensure that the pet is a good fit for a household. Applications are not processed on a first-come, first-served basis, as our primary goal is a good adoption placement.
