Meet Dory, a sweet 10-year-old senior girl with a heart as gentle as her personality. If you're looking for a calm, loving companion, Dory may be your perfect match.<br/><br/>Dory's favorite things in life are simple—snuggling up for cuddles, taking cozy naps, enjoying belly rubs, and carrying around her favorite stuffed toys (which she treats very gently!).<br/>She is incredibly well-mannered, house trained, crate trained, and already knows the Sit command. She's currently learning Down, Place, and Leave It, and because she's very treat-motivated, she's eager to keep learning through positive reinforcement.<br/><br/>She enjoys leisurely walks for about 10-15 minutes every other day. Due to some arthritis, Dory would be happiest in a home with carpet or rugs to provide better traction and help her stay comfortable as she moves around.<br/><br/>Dory gets along well with other dogs and has shown promising signs around cats She generally ignores them, though she will occasionally stare, so a slow, supervised introduction is recommended. She's making great progress with positive reinforcement and learning to calmly coexist with feline friends. Her current foster home has 5 cats so she is getting a lot of practice hanging out with them.<br/><br/>If Dory sounds like good fit for your family.
