Dorothy's Story
This sweet lady is Dorothy. She is shy when you first meet her, and she may want to watch you from around the corner, but that is how she knows you are safe, and not leaving her behind any time soon. It isn't polite to ask about a woman's weight, but she is around 20 pounds at the moment. Mainly because her foster mom has been feeding her really good, and she enjoys it more than she should. Dorothy warms up pretty quickly, and if you throw in some extra treats, she will be ready to give you kisses and snuggles. Dorothy has shown maternal instincts toward young animals, and enjoys playing with just about everyone, even cats. Some cats don't like her affection and play, and she is smart enough to learn that pretty early on. Dorothy is a bit of a speed demon. She loves to run in the backyard, literally running laps like the best of them; all the while leaving other dogs in her literal dust. She makes it hard to get good photos of her because she is fast, and she can't sit still unless she is sleeping. She loves to play with other dogs, and is learning to enjoy more and more toys. She enjoys snuggling with her favorite human and doggy cohorts on the couch, but she has been kennel/crate trained, as well as pee pad trained. She is a smart dog, and is currently being trained on simple commands by her foster mom. She is verybsweet, and has a great personality. Dorothy is a little less than a year, and is full grown at this point in time. The only changes she could have is based on how wide she will be, from the extra meaty snacks she can snag. She is a loveable girl, and would make a wonderful addition to a family. <br/>https://form.jotform.com/261523814944157
