Her foster brother is an English Bulldog who is just about the same size as her but several years older.

Good with cats? other: Dee would most likely need training to not chase a cat, she runs after anything in the yard that moves.

Good with children? unknown, will not be adopted to a home with kids under 10

Activity Preference: Needs a couple walks a day., Needs in-house activities

IQ: Smart

Doris's favorite things: Dee-Dee is very curious and likes her walks so she can see what everyone in her neighborhood is doing. She does not play with toys much and does not chase balls. She does enjoy a good chewy bone and would love to have a dog friend to play with.

Doris is good at: meeting people, meeting dogs, going for car rides, walking on a leash, cuddling

Ideal home: another dog, someone at home most of the day, a fenced yard

Training Needs: needs obedience training

Health issues: None

Meet Doris

Dee-Dee is a shy girl but once she warms up she is a champion cuddlebug! She is content to curl up on the couch with you but will also need an appropriate outlet for her occasional bouts of zoomies. She walks very nicely on her leash, and while she enjoys a casual pace walk when the weather is hot she can also keep up with you on a powerwalk on the cooler days. She really just wants to be where you are. She is super sweet and very quiet.

PLEASE READ: Adopters will not be considered without completing an application.
