Dora is not for the faint of heart -- she is a little DYNAMO who came into this world as a tiny speck of a puppy and decided that, as long as she's here, she's gonna GO for it!!! Walk? Why bother when you can run! Relax on the couch? Not if there's a toy in the room! Bigger dogs? Who you calling "Small"??!! Dora packs more personality into her body than anyone would think possible! She's happy, independent, hilarious and unbelievably cute! She is also VERY smart and extremely inquisitive; her mind is going non-stop with ways to explore her world! Dora is the quintessential wigglebutt!! In a room full of people, she'll be the one weaving in and out of legs, looking cute and trying to charm everyone into playing with her or rubbing every part of her body all at once!! She wants to immediately engage with you the moment she sees you. She will wigglebutt herself into a frenzy to get your attention, and she'll even bring you presents She wants to climb up on you and lick you to death and flop over and get those belly rubs!!

With her curiosity and her fearlessness, Dora is a super smart girl who will make a very entertaining (and sometimes challenging) little companion. She LOVES to play and we think she'd benefit from a very active lifestyle, or doggie day care, or another very active dog in the house. She also digs holes, can open fence gates, tries to climb up on you (lovingly) and will attempt to herd you. She feels the need to constantly present you a toy.... including the full water bowl. True to her breed heritage, she's mouthy and everything is fair game -- fingers, heels and forearms included!! -- so she's best placed in a home without children. Dora needs an experienced owner who understands the breed, provides mental stimulation as well as physical activity, and who is smarter than she is - - and that's not easy!

BEFORE you apply, please read this link about the breed:
