Donut came to the shelter because her family was moving, and now she`s ready for her next adventure-preferably one that involves a couch, a loving human, and plenty of belly rubs. Donut is very friendly and loves attention. She`ll lean right into you for pets and is perfectly happy to park herself at your feet while you go about your business. Of course, if there happens to be a belly available for rubbing, she will immediately roll over and submit her official request. She knows sit, takes treats gently, and has the sweet, easygoing personality that makes her hard to resist. If you have other dogs she would like to meet them before going home with them. When she first comes out of her kennel, she`s understandably pretty excited and may pull on the leash a bit because, frankly, freedom is exciting! Once she gets moving, she`s easy to handle, and her smaller size makes her a convenient little walking companion. Donut is affectionate, manageable, and clearly believes that your feet are an excellent place to spend quality time. She`s basically a portable cuddle buddy with a built-in belly-rub button.
