DOMINO-Gentle Soul

DOMINO is LOCATED in HAMILTON, TX

Are you looking for a sweet, quiet, adult dog to be your best friend? Perhaps, Domino is the gal for you.

Meet Domino!!

Domino is a gentle, loving 45-pound 4/5 years old, female, Collie mix, who is just the sweetest girl. When Domino first came to us, she was in rough shape. She had scratched away much of her own fur, was terrified of people, and seemed like she had completely lost her confidence. Those big, worried eyes told us just how scared and unsure she was, but with a little patience, kindness, and plenty of love, Domino has been learned that she is safe and is letting her sweet personality shine through. It has been so wonderful to watch her transformation!

She loves going for walks with her people and is an absolute sucker for head scratches and gentle affection. She's a gentle girl who seems to really appreciate simply having someone by her side. She walks very well on a leash with minimal tugging and would make a wonderful companion for someone looking for a calm, loving dog. Domino appears to be house trained.

Domino is a little wary around other dogs and does not do well with overly hyper dogs, so introductions with other dogs will need to be done slowly and carefully. She would likely do best with a calm, patient home where she can continue building her confidence at her own pace.

She is up to date on her vaccines, including Rabies and Bordetella. She is heartworm negative, has been dewormed, and is on flea, tick, and heartworm preventatives. She was on antibiotics to help her skin fully heal and is gradually getting her beautiful coat back. She has a scar in the area where she would normally have been spayed, so we suspect she is spayed. All Domino needs now is a quiet loving home to thrive in. Could that home be yours?

If interested in possibly adopting Domino, or would just like to know more about her, please send an email to h4mpounddogs@gmail.com

We'd love to talk with you.

*Our ADOPTION fee is $300
**If necessary, our TRANSPORT fee, outside of Texas, is $300

We only use trusted, reputable transport to deliver our dogs to their new families.

***We are Pets Are Worth Saving (P.A.W.S) – Stephenville, TX - We are a small, foster based animal rescue, 501(c)3 non-profit organization, based out of Stephenville, TX. We work to rehabilitate and rehome unwanted cats and dogs in Stephenville and surrounding towns. We also do our best to find loving homes for abandoned, neglected, or abused animals. Our animals are vaccinated and on preventatives. Animals older than six months are spayed or neutered.
We are in Texas, and we transport our dogs North because Texas is overflowing with unwanted dogs.
If you are interested in learning more about our organization, or any of our animals, please send an email to h4mpounddogs@gmail.com ****
