Dolly's Story
Meet little miss Dolly. This sweet angel was found as a stray and was brought to the Lincoln Animal Shelter. When we first met Dolly, she barely had any fur left, she was suffering from an ear infection, malnourished, and had an infected canine from a broken tooth (ouch!)..
Dolly needed a months worth of antibiotics to clear up her infections, she also needed daily meds and ear cleansing to take care of her ear infection.. She was perfect and let us do her ears without any fuss.
Last week, Dolly had a spa day at the groomers where she had a nice bath, was brushed out and blow dried, she even got her nails painted thanks to the awesome team over at D Tails grooming!
After her grooming appt, she then returned to the vet where she was spayed, microchipped, and had her painful broken tooth finally removed..
Dolly is up to date on vaccines, negative for heartworm and lyme disease, and has been dewormed and treated for flea & tick + heartworm preventative.

Although we don't have Dolly's original backstory, she has shown us that she is an absolute people pleaser. Dolly seems to be unfazed by other dogs, although we recommend having a meet and greet prior to adopting. We do not have a history on how Dolly is with cats, and we believe Dolly would be great with children ages 5 and up.

Dolly is fantastic in the car, she is good in the crate, and never messes inside of her kennel. We believe Dolly is about 2-3 years old, she still has plenty of energy and play in her, but she is a very relaxed and laid-back dog overall. If you are interested in hearing more about Dolly, or would like to set up a meet and greet, give us a call at 401-333-0950. Thank you! :)
