Hi, I'm Dolly! I'm a sweet, loving girl who has been in my foster home for a few months, and they say I'm an incredibly easy and low-maintenance companion. I'm fully potty trained and have great house manners. I'm not destructive and I'm perfectly happy relaxing around the house.<br/><br/>I have a calm, affectionate personality and absolutely love being around my people. One of my favorite moments of the day is when my humans come home, I get so excited to greet them and shower them with love! I enjoy lounging on the couch, spending time with my family, and soaking up as much attention as I can.<br/><br/>I'm also a pretty smart girl and know several commands and tricks like sit, speak, down, spin, jump, and more. I love learning new things and engaging with my people. I do pull a little on the leash sometimes, but I walk with a harness and with a little consistency I'll keep improving. I can be a bit weary of strangers when first meeting them or if they startle me, but once I get comfortable I am very loving.<br/><br/>I'm comfortable being left alone and I'm a very easy dog to live with. I'd do best in a home with a yard where I can relax and enjoy some outdoor time. I'm dog-friendly, though I can be a little protective of my toys, so slow introductions and good management help me do my best.<br/><br/>One of my favorite things in the whole world is my purple alligator toy. I love carrying it around everywhere: it's my comfort toy and it makes me very happy.
