Dolly is a very sweet 1 year old Hound/Shepherd mix . She came from a hoarding situation where there were a lot of dogs so she can be a bit shy. She would benefit from having a confident dog in the home that she can follow and can teach her what a real home is like. She’s good with other dogs and is playful. Paws 4 the Cause's Adoption Policy
Paws 4 the Cause is an all volunteer "no kill" rescue. We do not harm animals, but the more we can adopt out, the more we can take in. We take in the hardest cases, dogs and cats that are close to death or starvation. The adoption fee barely covers a fraction of what we spend. Our average animal costs about $200 for the first month in food and vet fees, and approx. $50 per month thereafter. All donations are used to pay directly for animal food and vet expenses. There are no employee or overhead expenses.
