This rat terrier is just over 3 years old and weighs about 12.5 pounds. he’s fully vetted, heartworm negative, microchipped, and making great progress with his potty training. He does have an issue getting outside though. Sometimes he is too scared to get out the door but is fine once outside. For this reason, pluse he is terrified of a leashe, he must have a secure yard. No apartments. His adoption fee is only $25!<br/><br/>he came from a hoarding situation where dogs were kept in crates in a small apartment. His crate is his happy spot though. <br/> Understandably, he’s still a bit nervous and learning to trust.
