The owner moved out of country for work and left Doc with a friend. The friends living conditions change and he couldn't keep Doc anymore. Doc was brought to a vet to be put down and luckily one of our Southern rescue partners were there and took him in. Fast forward we took Doc and transported to RI.<br/><br/>This laid back, gentle giant is fantastic. Very smart knows sit, shake and lay down. Doc loves all dogs and kids including very young children. Doc's fosters tells us he is very loyal and stays by your side. Once you have chosen a specific dog that you would like to adopt, if you would like to move forward with the adoption approval process, the next step would be to submit a $200 deposit donation. You can pay your deposit securely through PayPal at this link:<br/><br/>Once we have your deposit, we will hold the dog for you while we process your application. If you are not approved to adopt, or we cannot provide the dog you are interested in, your deposit will be promptly refunded. If you are approved, the deposit is applied toward the total donation of the dog. If the dog you are interested in is not a good match, we will work with you to find another dog, and your deposit will be transferred to that dog.
