Doc Holiday's Story
“Doc Holiday” is a big, lovable, affable, happy, happy boy, just reaching one year old. We have good background info on Doc. He was rescued as a 2 month old behind a restaurant and spent just a few days at CVAC before going home to a long term foster. He was adopted at approximately 5 months old and basically has been a house dog most of his life. When his adopter became ill and couldn’t care for him, Doc returned to our facility. Doc recently showed his former foster that he remembers the signs and commands for “sit”. He also showed her he remembers her by leaning in with that solid body for cuddles. Doc is a lover! Because of his housebroken status, Doc did get to hang out in the office for his whole initial intake week. Another fun feature: Doc has a “cowardly lion tail”! It just bounces and sways any which way as he walks along. That with his Brindle coat catches peoples’ eye.

To schedule a meet and greet with Doc, call CVAC at 870 994-4445, leaving a message if necessary. Or message Paw Control on our FB page.
