Dobby has just turned one year old and is a beautiful English Cocker Spaniel with a full tail and an even fuller heart. This sweet, affectionate boy was surrendered by his owner who loved him dearly but could no longer afford his care while living in an apartment. He adores people, gets along wonderfully with other dogs, and has a gentle, happy nature that makes him an absolute joy to be around.
