Dobby

Dobby is especially close to our hearts. He’s more on the skittish side and doesn’t really like leaving the house, so he would do best in a calm, patient home where he can feel safe and comfortable. We believe he would be happiest in a home without young children, or with older children who understand that he needs space and time to warm up. Dobby is two years old and he is a mix a large breed. Dobby is so ditzy and funny. He knows how to sit, but it’s hard for him so we’ve honestly just let him be who he wants to be<br/><br/>Dobby also has some physical challenges, including suspected wobbler syndrome and hip/elbow dysplasia, so he needs a family that understands he may require extra care, patience, and accommodations. He needs a home with carpeted areas or plenty of rugs because he has trouble keeping traction on hard floors when he walks. He also needs someone with true patience and understanding, as it can sometimes take him a while to get where he needs to go. We want to make sure he goes somewhere that can support his needs and give him the love he deserves.
