What is A Caring Place - All Breed Dog Rescue’s adoption process?

This rescue adopts to applicants living throughout the greater Chicagoland and Rockford area. We do not adopt out of state with the exception of applicants on the border of Wisconsin and Indiana near the Chicago area. Applicants must be 21 years of age or older and employed.

What is Dixie’s adoption fee?

$375

Is Dixie good with kids?

Dixie is good with kids under the age of 5 and kids over the age of 5.

Is Dixie good with other animals?

Dixie is good with other dogs. It is not known if Dixie is good with cats.

When can I meet Dixie?

As soon as the adoption organization has a chance to review your information, they’ll reach out with next steps and timing.

When can I adopt Dixie?
