While he was born with a congenital difference in one of his front legs, Dipper doesn't let it define him. While he has limited use of that limb, it does not stop him from doing all the important puppy things-running, playing, exploring, and having fun.<br/><br/>His foster describes him as a little more mellow and slightly more timid than his brother Dill, but still incredibly friendly and social. He's active and playful but also enjoys relaxing after a busy day.<br/><br/>Because of his leg, Dipper will likely be happiest in a home where he has room to run and play at his own pace rather than one looking for a long-distance hiking or running companion.<br/><br/>As Dipper grows, it's difficult to predict exactly how his leg will develop. He will likely always walk with a slight limp and may develop arthritis in that leg as he gets older. The good news is that none of this stops him from being a happy, playful puppy today.<br/><br/>The director of Tails of Hope-WI will discuss Dipper's condition in greater detail with approved adopters.
