Dip - REDUCED ADOPTION FEE

Dip was brought to the shelter with Phideux, both being humane cases that were recently released by the court for adoption. Both were tied up outside and abandoned. Dip was tied up with a horrendously thick chain (pictured). Can you imagine having to hold your head up with this chain hanging off your neck? Dip is friendly and just generally a happy little guy. He currently weighs 34 pounds. Dip has been neutered and is up to date on shots. Meeting dogs is by appointment walk-ins accepted but if someone has an appointment priority will be given.
