Both were tied up outside and abandoned. Dip was tied up with a horrendously thick chain (pictured). Can you imagine having to hold your head up with this chain hanging off your neck? Dip is friendly and just generally a happy little guy. He currently weighs 34 pounds. Dip has been neutered and is up to date on shots. Meeting dogs is by appointment only.
