Dinah

Hi I am Dinah, I am a 6 year old Jack Russell/ Chihuahua mix. I am a little overweight for my size weighing it at 25 pounds. I take a few seconds to warm up to a stranger, but once I do I will spend a lot of my time throwing myself on my back for sweet belly rubs. I am mostly a couch potato, but probably a little to heavy to get up there. I've been the only dog in the home for a while, so I may get along with other dogs. But a home where most of the attention is centered on me will probably be preferable.<br/>I am affectionate, and cute, I like to sit at your feet and adore your attention and affection.<br/>I have been around children so I should do okay in a home with them.<br/>I am smart, and inquisitive, and once I like you, I am sold on you. <br/><br/><br/><br/>If you think you may be interested in adopting Dinah, you can stop by the shelter any Tuesday-Saturday from 10a.m.-2:30p.m. for a kennel walk through. (We have no same day adoptions and an approved adoption application is required to be scheduled for a meet and greet.)
