Dillo is a special dog who is looking for a special person. He's our longest resident at 540 days, and we'd love to see him find his forever home. He's about 7 years old, and a major-league fan of tummy rubs and lounging in the sun or on the couch. He also enjoys a good game of tug-o-war. He would probably be happiest in a home with no kids or other pets, or a slow introduction to other dogs. He has a black and white coat and weighs about 70 pounds. Since he's become accustomed to shelter life he will need a loving, patient owner who can help him adjust to life in a home. He's something of a ladies' man and not a fan of random men, but once he finds his person he's very sweet and trusting, and will show you his gratitude for giving him a new start.
